Hey, I forgot to ask one of the most prominent users in the forums how they felt about Youjo Senki II being a reality this anime season. Are you liking it so far?

I am absolutely loving it. I have been reading the manga for years and was so hoping we would get a season 2 this year. So, when it was announced, I was so happy. the first two episodes were really good and had some humor. The only thing is I wished that there world be more villains then Mary Sue. KInda like the Railgun, Index and Accerlator series.

Yes, the anime adaptation even cuts more on characters, which I find underwhelming. I suppose in Toaru franchise it is easier to add villains since it's shounen-esque (just a reminder next season we have Railgun 4th season), but the actual villains in Youjo Senki are the gods. Anyways, the anime adaptations are always good to have my friends hooked at new series, ha ha.
