I really enjoyed it for the most part. Some things got a little outlandish, and the MC was unrealistically pacifistic (and annoyingly passive in the story), but all the messages and themes hit home for me.

If anyone's wondering why Shu's OK with shooting now:
1. These are soldiers trying to kill them, and not fellow classmates forced into a death game
2. He still only shot to wound
It's really cool that they skipped the trope of pretending like it's not obvious what happened, and actually had the main villian work it out right away.

Ok, well, I guess this is alright with me. I'm glad she at least saw through her own delusions. Though I realise now that she's actually mentally unwell, actually having hallucinations. But in the end she recognized what she had done, and she made reparations.
