This manhwa is from the author's larger universe where Dokgo, Tong, and Blood Rain happens, it seems like it's between Blood Rain 1 and 2 (all of these are awesome and you should read it). This one isn't too bad either, has a bit more of a "manhwa-esque" feel to it with the main character being...

Seems neat, I'd take a manhwa like this over ORV any day, but that's not exactly a high-bar

I did have a feeling that he wouldn't actually be able to change anything particularly meaningful, hope I'm wrong.

For all the shit I want to give this dude, at least he's like, kinda smart, I mean, he knows he's not shit so he plays other people, I kinda just wish he didn't have such an attitude about it.
