It means what it says. All her complaints (money, relationships, time) are solved with him (Rich, good with relationships, and can literally control time)
Honestly I feel the students are just as bad, when the first letter came in if any of them denied that anyone was bullying the student in question the next letter wouldn't of 'worked'. Obviously they are kids so they can't be at blame.

Honestly it was at least fine until the outdoors arc, things at least felt like they had a purpose. Currently it is like the author was forced to write more real life stuff while not actually wanting to.
I'm going to guess that when the 6 months are up either she does just die or she loses the influence of original Clea soul and the body of Clea gets brought back to life with FL soul still in it.
Regardless enjoying this so far.
