I decided to check out the source WN to see if MC has sex with the dragon.

A good question, since iirc most of the later part of this manga has been following it's own storyline - the source WN and LN were never completed.

Looked up the title to see if there was a source WN/LN; there isn't one. This appears to be a manga-original title.

And even then, the WN and LN are still ongoing even after the demon country arc is resolved.
