Nice story, even though pretty short. It was an interesting premise that mangaka chose here.
I remember seeing videos from Japanese YouTube channel, where guys go in to clean up this kind of apartments. Every time I'd think: how does one live like this? And obviously one doesn't, it's not living when a person is in such state, it's nothing more than existing. So it is fine and important to accept help.
