Question about "Manga Plus Creators" content

Quick question. Does Manga Plus Creators count as a "no-upload from" source? It's the content submission page for new artists trying to get hired by Shueisha. FAQ #2 for creators says it's ok for the artists to post their content on other websites as well as their Manga Plus Creator's page.

It's allowed but only if it falls under one of the following

• You are the artist and are uploading your work to Mangadex
• You or a group translated a work from its original language and uploaded the translation
• (EDIT: Forgot this one because it rarely happens) You get permission directly from the creator to upload

Uploads that are not under those conditions would be violating one or more site rules

But what if the artist created a group here and has uploads under their group unlocked for everyone? Does that count as permission from them to upload it?

Since the artist is actively uploading here and did not upload that work I'm going to avoid uploading it as well. I just wanted a clear official ruling for this on the record, as I couldn't find any previous topics on this when I searched the forums earlier.

No.
Though I guess you could get written permission from them to upload it, but otherwise it would be uploading "raws" which is a bannable offense.

1.2 Only scanlations [...] and self-published original comics are allowed to be uploaded. [...] rips of digital official releases/webcomics from official sources, such as original releases (raws) or officially translated releases, are not allowed to be uploaded.
