Did MangaDex crash or is it banned in some countries?

Not sure if its because its banned in some countries or something but I can access MangaDex anymore. Not sur when its started but when I tried to access MangaDex it started showing

"This site can’t be reached​

The webpage at https://mangadex.org/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_FAILED"

Does anyone know why this happened and how to fix it?

There are several countries where the site is 'banned' - Indonesia, Russia, and Italy are all known examples. Switching to another DNS may correct the issue; using a VPN and setting it to spoof your location as someplace else certainly will.

Last year users from Saudi Arabia, and since last week users from United Arab Emirates have reporter blocks in the site, changing their DNS settings to the one from Cloudflare worked.

The cell phone company Version also has a known issue where sometimes the company will not allow users to view MD on their phones, hasn't happened to me in quite a while, but it did affect me for some time. I just moved all my reading to a tablet instead, bigger screen, so pages became easier to read anyway.
