Well, Japan is pretty minimalist , but I don’t think the author would care at this point to just draw whatever was easiest

35 chapters is more than I expects but maybe next time they’ll just make a freelance thing not connected to any magazines so it can be however they want unless they don’t have the time/money for it versus direct donations or so lol

I for one, don't dislike the open ending, but hell, knowing there'll be no more, makes me feel sad, even more when I started following this series when there were like 3 chapters translated... it was a bit of a hiatus, and many things happened, but I'm glad it's finished after all

I have so many mixed feelings about this ending. I'm the one hand Yuzu seems happier..? At least no longer fully depressed. But I can't help but feel she may have been happier if she had a.small.connection with Sachiko (at least she got her gay awakening from her)
The ending is also veeeery ambiguous and part of me loves that but part of me wants just one more timeskip chapter damnit!!
It was still a wonderful story though and I think we know the characters well enough to extrapolate our own endings if we really wanted too.

Sigh yet another Yuri with a subpar ending and I understand that there are good open endings but this is not one of them as all this shows is nothing changed other than she now is disassociating from her own life and seems to have 1 friend.
