This has been good, I think the national mage saga was one of the weakest parts of this series, it felt like it dragged on, so I’m glad it’s over. There were some really good moments though, like the Raul being under the illusion of the family. Let’s see what his plans are for the next few events.

Why is killing him going too far? That sounds highly hypocritical of him. If I was tortured for shit someone else did, and then asked to become a sacrifice, I would want the person who put me through that dead.
Sure, they shifted into "revolution" right after, and the gods essentially made everyone incapable of being nuanced in any capacity in that shithole, but him questioning them straight up killing him feels stupid.

We getting close to the end? Seems like there can't be much left and frankly, I'm kinda ok with the story finishing. Been a.....fun? ride but it's definitely start to drag a little.
