I really hope this kinda changes the novel ending. I couldn't wait and decided to read spoilers.
I love the novel "The Novel's Extra" so much so that I'm never ever finishing it. Haven't read spoilers of it but atleast ik the ending wasn't satisfying to many. (Though ik one thing that many disliked, I was instead a fan of, so i might actually like the ending). But I don't want to be disappointed.
I feel the same way about this, it might have its downs but still is an interesting and likeable read but that ending seems completely bs to me. AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH.

I'm all for the MC sacrificing himself but tf was the point of that last part. Feels to me like what he did doesn't matter at that point. Couldn't you have given them a happy end 😭😭😭

I like to call stories like this popcorn. Mainly because while the art is pretty good, and the hype moments are decent, story-wise it’s what feels like a canned plotline where key words are different but doesn’t deviate from set outcomes. Not every story has to be mind blowing and life changing, sometimes all you need to have a good time is a compelling hook with pretty art to make the popcorn go down fast.

Simply put I didn't like the ending, from what I've read in spoilers. Not really sure if it'll be satisfying for me.

Spoiler: Ending Spoilers

Some things might not be exactly 100% true. I'm only rewriting what I read someone else say.
The MC apparently sacrifices himself to save the continent and/or one of the girls(one review said continent, but a comment here said "girl"). He goes Lelouch mode(which I'm down for), being a villain and all and at the end the girls come to know the truth.
3 of the many girls didn't like that ending and set out to save him interfering with the worlds timeline which the world doesn't like.
First one ends up sacrificing herself, this here is the supposed best girl...
Second one is being watched by the world and so she can't even meet the MC since the world will know that he is still alive.

This is Lia in this world who is also Yu Ahra, the MC's ex.

Third one forgets all memories of him and reverts to her child self? I dont know fs but it's that or I assume she only has memories till the stories start (if someone can correct this) (this is Yulie btw).

Idk what the MC thinks of all this but yeah reading that, I'm really not hyped for the ending. I'd have been happier if the MC simply died or if they wanted to save him, all that shouldn't have happened :[[

Diabolical ending but one that is understandable since a lot of series have a happy ending to it, at the very least, he died as a hero.

Though, that world gotta be one petty sunova gun since the branching of reality/timeline is pretty much essential for the world to grow and avoid stagnancy, and was it foreshadowed during that time MC said that Deculein died in all but "one" route? so by the logic of "manhwa magic" whoever catches up now has the mean to prevent his death.

The spoilers are written a bit weirdly, who are the three girls, what actually happens in the ending? You said that the MC sacrifices himself, his harem doesn't like it so they go back in time to change but it doesn't work out???
