Flying on a broom in a thunderstorm? I can see potential outcomes:

• Lightning strikes and Towa awakes in an ambulance car with a doctor looking at him, holding a defibrilator... all was a weird dream. End of Story.
• Lightning strikes and Towa is turned into a pile of ashes. Sylphy dies and Felina is mourning. End of story
• Lightning strikes and Towa's Feminization skill runs amok. It no longer consumes Mana while in female form but generates it infinitely while boosting Light and Holy magic attributes through the roof... Towa can't turn back into a guy anymore, but doesn't care, since she can heal Sylphy now. In the end Towa becomes a legendary witch creating a harem with Felina, Sylphy, Stalker Girl and Slime-chan who turns out to be Vistal's reincarnation who can finally turn back into a hurman form now that Towa can give her endless mana. They live happily ever after...
• Lightning strikes, Towa is knocked out of the sky and lands right where the legendary herb grows. Sylphy is healed and the story could go on, but the Axe cuts it off.
• Lightning strikes, Towa is knocked unconscious, the Stalker Girl finds her, and the Slime slurps up Towas mana. Towa turns back into a man and the witches put him in jail or skin him alive. Sylphy dies. End of story.
• Lightning.... ah, whatever, too lazy to continue. In a couple of days we will know anyways.

I wouldn't call this good, but it's not too bad either. Have read far worse crap and the axe came down a bit too soon on this one. But well, so is life. I knew it was only 22 chapters. Thanks at SleepyHead for doing it anyways.

They rely too much on magic, I doubt most of them know how to do actual surgery to at least remove the affected parts.
Or the toxin could've already spread too far into her body for an actual treatment.
