That petrification punishment from chapter 1 was much worse than these other ones.
Pregnancy and milking are much lighter sentences though I guess we don't know how bad the milking one is.
Will probably be something like installed as livestock in a milk farm but that's still much better than being turned into stone and having your limbs broken off.

It's oddly grim and dark for a series that's presenting itself as being... light and perverse?
Like, what are these punishments? And why punish someone who is putting their life on the line for others, when they didn't even get to choose whether or not they had that responsibility in the first place?

The TS hero got exonerated, but how many other TS heroes were found guilty from the similar circumstances of not being able to wield their powers correctly? Is the judge going to punish herself for her poor insight and punishing innocent people?
The whole thing seems very unfair, to the point it's distracting from what this series obviously wants you to concentrate on - the fan service.

All of these questions can most likely be answered with "the author didnt care/think about it" i sympathize with you, as i often do the same thing but this story is ultimatley just a device wtih which the author can produce sexual situations for whatever fetishes they want to and logical inconsitensies will pop up until the end of its run time

There are series out there were you can read it, and are willing to overlook its BS because the author has written it in such a way that you can suspend your disbelief, or even just accept the BS as is - think cartoons and their extreme slapstick humour.

Make no mistake, i am also very much irked by this story and i think you are justified in voiceing your annoyance! i just have a long history of doing this and i have no hope that this one will ever improve so im lowering my expectations to protect my sanity

I spent a lotta time tryin' to think this over and it's definitely left me puzzled. At the moment we have the necessary components of crafting a narrative to explore how this world got to the way it is. Aoi standing in as not only the audience surrogate for an introduction into the magical girl world, but also an introduction into the absolute harassment following women as well. This would allow the world to be questioned but we haven't quite gotten to the "why" yet. Only the pain.

If I had to guess as to the why it's entirely to do with the monsters and a whole background of war. People getting conscripted (Aoi) for something they have no idea what they're getting into (rape monsters) and then abandoned/failed by the system when they're no longer useful for the war effort (defeat trials). In this case, the idea that a magical girl can't ever be defeated feels like propaganda. And it seems to have permeated throughout the entire culture as a result.

I want to give this thing the benefit of the doubt, but it has to know that it's not a one shot. A narrative has to be crafted.
