So many people in the mansion and some random guard managed to kidnap her. Then the so-called professional assassin butler just let the MC fight against said guard alone. They went together and he just disappeared during a fight. They didn't even split up. Then the MC just lets the guard go for kidnapping his little sister. The random guard was also so stupid that he didn't even try to find his friend. His so-called friend didn't even talk to him all this time either.

... omg. So many things you have to pretend doesn't exist to enjoy this.

Yeah, as a noble there are actual good reason to punish your servants. Just cause your character has a history of doing it for bad reasons (and arguably they weren't even bad, as I would be surprised if a servant or slave 'mistakes' the name of their owner/master. Maybe if they were newly hired, but otherwise it is a very likely sign of them trying to disrespect them, which makes firing them a possibly good idea (who knows what other sabotages such a person would be practicing). This is clearly a feudal society! Which means this shit is important!) doesn't mean you should avoid doing it for good reasons.
