He becomes terrified she'll find out he's not really divine.

Him reincarnating from his 30s is literally chapter one of the novel, I don't think it's really a spoiler. It's explained that due to overpopulation and malnutrition, there are a lot of underdeveloped adult women. Adventuring is traditionally a profession for people cast out for being too many mouths to feed.

When Sei talks about his concern, it basically goes 'Where you lying about talking to God?' 'No, but I only talked to him once.' 'Then you weren't deceiving me?' Traditionally, every book of the web novel comes with a 'bait' intro to build suspense, that book's intro was it looking like Luna was about to smite him. The intro for this book (which the manga adapted), is Sei being kicked out of a party.

Originally it was a recurring seggs worker who Sei slept with this night, but she was an underdeveloped character, and this replacement seems interesting. This actually makes me think Lillie will have a happy ending, because the novel seggs worker had a happy ending.

I doubt it's the same character. there was an experienced adventurer girl, not young. Who would further put her experience to work teaching and treating the young idiot. It can't be a weak, pussycat courier.
