ok like ima be honest here ik its the happy ending and all but as a friend this guy kinda sucks like did everyone just forget his best friends sister is currently hospitalised and will seemingly wont get better under natual means what do you mean you dont have a use for the wish like the dude could have already had the harem if he wanted it why didnt he wish for the ability to cure illnesses by getting close to people or something like that
