as if those are even a threat to late game tabletop characters. Or even high at all power scaling wise compared to other genres.
Hack and slash games, RPG's, and metroidvania get crazy towards the end. In particular the metroidvania ones often have a extremely overpowered final segment where the character gains a power that there is just nothing you can do anything against. Like metroid dread, metriod form was horrific when you consider what it can do, any energy of any kind it can absorb, thermal, life, electric. Sure she is weak to ice weapons, but they would have to be potent enough to piece through that beam of hers that is unleashing all the energy she is pulling from the planet. And many metroidvania games have some super form unlocked at the end. And both hack and slash and RPG's also have plenty of crazy, the characters are just full on one man armies that it doesn't matter what you throw at them.
