This plotline still make no sense. Doubly so with the shit we saw many get away with earlier in the story.
An Idol company would do the exact opposite and instead go out of their way to make the school pretend nothing happened.HE'S BEING EXPELED TO APPEASE AN IDOL COMPANY
you sorta forgot that the relative that caught him not only hung over from drinking illegally but naked in bed with TWO of his school mates WORKS for the same school. Literally her job to report everything and to make sure he is punished. And i bet his kouhai's parents raised a fuss.Getting caught drinking underage publicly should get you suspended for a few days to a week max. Getting caught underage drinking in your own home by one of your relatives should generally not involve the school. If the parents of your underage drinking partners raise a fuss about it, then perhaps it can also lead to a similar suspension and probably a probationary period when you're back in school. AFAIK, we haven't seen anything that implies that said parents did, but please correct me if I just glossed it over. The measures we are seeing are far beyond what would normally be called for.
There are schools in JP that demand that students not engage in illicit relationships with each other under the threat of disciplinary action, and would react very negatively to this whole situation, leading to a similar response. Those are usually prestigious and disciplinarian private academies, not somewhere you would find Cotton or Ibu attending.![]()
Sorry, leaking with what proof?I don't fully blame the cousin, she's a teacher who technically would've had to say something instead of risking it with someone else leaking the info and then it being found out that didn't report it. iirc she's doing stuff in the background trying to fix the situation (since they didn't go and buy alcohol, someone swapped their drinks, she has to know... right?), and that's where it's all falling apart for me. especially since it's not just protag and FMC, but also a third party that messes with things.
no, they'd make his life a living hell so he killed himself, as well as make the school shut their mouths to cover all basesAn Idol company would do the exact opposite and instead go out of their way to make the school pretend nothing happened.
doesn't need to be pictures. this entire story uses rumours as a crutch whenever it needs "thing person did becoming public", and peer pressure on the prof def would result in some sort of admission (you can't just do crime and justify as "on private property" (tho in this case, there might be a clause to say you can do the crime on private property)), as we see happen all the time in this series.Sorry, leaking with what proof?
Because everything happened in his cousin's house, meaning private property.
Which then becomes "ILLEGALLY taking pictures of the inside of a private house without consent" and is, firstly, invalid as proof and, secondly, a crime on the "leaker" part
The idol wasn't involved. It was the kouhai."why would they do this over alcohol?!?!?!"
MFers they are doing this over the perceivable sex thing, with an IDOL (everyone forgets that cotton's friend is that) OF ALL THINGS
HE'S BEING EXPELED TO APPEASE AN IDOL COMPANY
No, they wouldn't. That has literally never happened. There's NOTHING to win by doing that.no, they'd make his life a living hell so he killed himself,
Expelling a student over a rumor? Are you for real?doesn't need to be pictures. this entire story uses rumours as a crutch whenever it needs "thing person did becoming public", and peer pressure on the prof def would result in some sort of admission (you can't just do crime and justify as "on private property" (tho in this case, there might be a clause to say you can do the crime on private property)), as we see happen all the time in this series.
All this speculation also hinges on what the heck the profs in this situation are doing. we know a handful are very prejudiced against mc and FMC, which is definitely what's resulting in the unfair consequences tho (happens in real life too, where people in power use that leverage). we also know some are helping them in the background, so those specific details are confusing.
just like Jeffery EpsteinNo, they wouldn't. That has literally never happened. There's NOTHING to win by doing that.
What the fuck are you on about?just like Jeffery Epstein
Here in my country your legally allowed to drink alcohol in your own home from age 5 and upGetting caught drinking underage publicly should get you suspended for a few days to a week max.
