Seems there's an epilogue about makoto and the father on booth and fanbox, so assuming the person who listed that did that. Every other chapter is labelled properly when compared to the pixiv

As someone replied to me, looks like 59 is an epilogue. So it's over but we can still look forward to a bit more.
