Granblue Fantasy can be played as a Chrome browser game; I'm sure there're more but the GBF browser game actually supports English, so that's the one I'm familiar with.

For whatever reason browser games kind of ate shit and died in the US (probably Facebook's fault somehow) but they're still going strong in Japan.

There's also the various adult gacha slop on Fanza (Nutaku in the US) and DLsite, but I don't think Rona would be allowed near those.
