I guess I must be not a legitimate king of fishing, for it seems the black-hearted capitalist and his 996 clichés did indeed coax my communities; that is to say, I gave up around chapter 17 because the translation was incomprehensible, and felt like the written version of that "how English sounds like to non-English speakers" vid.

Seemed like an okay turn-your-brain-off kinda story with nice art and cute girls otherwise.

Yeah I wonder why the comments from a year ago seems well received. The rating seems good too.

But when I read it, at least for the early tens of chapter, the English isn’t too good. I don’t mind, but the story is like what one said, “a wet dream.”

How do some think it’s a great story?
We got:
-typical exaggerated flustered virgin school boy.
-girl that keeps trying despite obviously a rejection and feels so shallow but later on gives emotional scene after he “dates.”
-multiple girls liking the mc unconditionally.
Etc, at least the first tens of chapters.

I’ll continue to see how it goes. My rule of thumb was that ratings around 8 is good. Anyways, i usually avoid these “harems,” because you get the typical unconditional loving waifus who will get their hearts broken so that the mc can only take accountability for one and follow societal norms. They get the good parts of a harem without having to deal with the responsibilities.

Idk what's up with the dialogue but I be real lost when mc conversates using middle aged otaku phrases, there's like zero development in the 1st 20 chapters and mc is kinda avoiding an easy solution to his problems ( literally just saying no to the girls throwing themselves at him ).
Ig that's the point of this manhua, no real plot just a bunch of fan service with cute girls
