let's be honest, we're all still here just for the art.

This series started off strong. Hot girls, interesting premise, likeable MC with character growth. It was all good until the battle at the pool. Then author suddenly wanted something dark and edgy and did a 180. MC became a loser and everything (other than the art) became a sea of diarrhea.

I should have seen the signs when they started spouting flawed philosophical bullshit in that pool arc, actually. If only the author was as smart as he thinks he is. Strong signs of the author having no idea what to do with the story / universe he created. He just explores every trope imaginable with every arc.

such a shame. it was an interesting premise, just poorly explored.

Alright so if you come into those hoping for a cool harem manga that's not what your going to get and the author leant heavily into an NTR angle with a villain who boasted about how he could only get off stealing women from other men.

But all that aside, this is actually really interesting, the surreal pervertness, the art, the story, I am invested in seeing what these evil ball girls get up, I am invested in the story of Ichi and Eliza and now they are one and they can't NTR them.

The way I see it, when someone forcefully interferes into such relationships like that mega pervert, it almost feels like a sense of betrayal, which is something that aligns with the whole theme of NTR.

NTR often involves infidelity and most importantly, betrayal, and I believe that characters don't necessarily have to be in a romantic relationship for each other to feel that way.

Forcefully kissing is like a breach of trust, and it can make some people uncomfortable. Imagine being kissed out of nowhere, by someone you don't even love, that would send you into a sort of surprise and shock.
None of this follows the supposed "NTR" seen in this manga though. There is extortion and rape. Eliza doesn't willingly kiss Satsuki, and isn't even told to. There's only the vague order from Ichi to Eliza that she has to change, and from what the aftermath looked like, even Ichi didn't know what Satsuki was going to do. Satsuki took advantage of the situation to rape Eliza (even Autumn says Eliza was "forcibly kiss[ed]"), and it's reflected in Eliza's immediate suicidal depression and shame/impure feeling (common trauma in rape victims). The only betrayal done here is by Satsuki, not by Eliza to Ichi or vice versa.

I think it's funny that people still consider this NTR even with the chapters following the forced kiss that explicitly shows how much they both hated it and did not expect it. Like, what makes NTR what it is, is the woman (or person) intentionally having an affair and/or leaving their partner.

valid point indeed but you're thinking inside the box too much

this is what the author wanted, this is his vision and what he wrote

it isnt an unavoidable event, it isnt important to the story too the point where if it gets taken out then everything falls apart

none of this is real, this is just what the author wanted, it's what he likes considering the other stuff he wrote, and i guess he succeeded since everyone here is talking about that scene

though maybe i shoudnt be the one talking since im just here too look at the art

I enjoy the manga but these arguments, trying to argue the definition of NTR, come across as defensive.

The main girl is forced upon in a very intimate manner, by a character who gets off on cucking other men, she doesn't like it and the guys gets beat up later, but its completely understandable if that puts people off.

Someone gave NTR warning for some reason. That doesn't exist so far, not even remotely.

Anyways, this may seem like a harem at first glance. But it's not even close, seriously. I honestly expected slice of life hijinks with no real plot. But boy, the plot took off and it's pretty fucking good. I feel like I've seen this art from Raw Hero or Prison School. It's really spectacular. MC is VERY likeable and has his head on straight really. The girls are amazing as well. Super even. Total recommend.
I want to believe you, but for some reason it's giving off the vibe that I can't trust what you say lmfao. This manga is literally reeking of "shit's going to go off the walls ... in ways that you're going to be repulsed by the end of it"

I've read the beginning handful of chapters, and I'll explain some of the questionable things up to that point and y'all can decide whether or not that's something you're ok with. And honestly, there's going to be a lot more down the road that I haven't even dived into, so things can definitely get worse than what's explained here, so just expect that things will definitely get worse, and make the decision of whether or not you're ok with it.

So these girls are clearly not human, they seem to be some alien tool that resembles humans, and these creatures are able to reproduce through kissing humans specifically and it doesn't seem to work when they kiss one another. This much is explained off the bat. I'm not going to go into what the purpose for this is, rather I'm going to explain on the "NTR" debate issues. The girl creatures are born somewhat clueless on everything when they're first born. But they're quick to learn and adapt. They all also seem to have a natural drive to want to kiss to reproduce, but the MC strictly prohibited any kissing with him since he's wary on their existence and their purpose. There are a couple of times when some of the girls go out on their own, and they get curious and go and kiss other men. One of them kisses a fuck boy player that wants an easy smash, and he takes that as an invitation to fuck, but she kills the dude since she didn't want the sex part with him, she was just really wanting to kiss with the MC, but wasn't allowed to, so acted out on a dude she saw out of a mix of frustration from not being able to kiss MC and also the natural urge of wanting to kiss. Now, another time, one of the other girls sees a gamer loser dude playing games on the stairs. She approaches him and kisses him while sitting on his lap. The gamer loser gets taken aback and stops kissing her (as a normal person would when a random person comes and kisses you), but the girl gets absorbed into the dude's headphones and PSP-esque game (she's a tech nerd type). So while she's playing the game (while still sitting on his lap, the dude realized she doesn't care that he's holding onto her ass and starts to just go at it fondling her ass while she's just sitting there and playing the game. Then the dude basically runs away later when he tries to go in for a kiss now, but then snaps out of it.

So, the thing is that these girl creatures, due to their inherent created purpose and nature to want to kiss to reproduce, end up in situations where they end up kissing other dudes since the MC forbids them from kissing him since he's wary of how they reproduce through kissing and are clearly not human. But since they're not human, they don't understand sexual things by nature, so end up in situations where the dudes are taking advantage of that by either fondling them, or attempting sex with them (of which the ones that attempt sex seem to all get killed, at least so far from what I saw). Whether or not it happens down the road or not I'm not sure, but these are some of the things that have happened, and now you can make your own informed choice on whether or not you want to read this manga or not.

It was supposed to be provocative and make you feel things. That's not a failing on the part of the author. You just went into the manga thinking it was going to adhere strongly to very specific tropes that you find comfort in and not try anything else. The manga is far from perfect, but I have a different view on it. I like manga that get weird and show me something new and strange that I've maybe not seen before, even if they sometimes stumble in telling their story.
And that's where I also don't agree with. Readers read what they want, and they have things they absolutely hate and don't want. With this manga, I think it's weird people expected more "wholesome" "no cheating" harem romance (as wholesome as harem can be I suppose), when it's clear from the get go in the first 10 chapters that this isn't going to be a story like that, and with everyone in the comments also talking about how fucked this manga is or how they don't trust the authors since they're known to do some weird shit. But either way, I don't agree with having authors doing a rug pull though and introducing very controversial things into a story that many people will definitely end up hating. It's one thing to subvert expectations, and it's another to literally do a 180 degree on something that's portrayed as a wholesome love story into NTR or borderline NTR crap. That's not good writing, that's just doing extreme rug pulls with huge shock value. Subverting expectations doesn't mean adding absolute shock value and cuck/NTR/rape fetish to subvert hard line tropes. That's just playing into another hard line trope of utilizing the extreme as a shock factor, and people calling it peak because of such cheap tricks. Making people "feel" things by introducing rape/NTR/cuck stuff is the absolute cheapest and easiest ways to "illicit feelings" from the reader and isn't a good way of story telling. Again, I'm not saying that this manga did that, this manga seemed sus as fuck from the get go. I'm just talking about how you're implying that NTR and rape is a good tool to use as a provocative story telling or way to illicit feelings from readers to introduce "new" things. When you have to resort to using things most people find disgusting and vile and infuriating as the tool in your story telling, then it shows me you lack the writing skills to actually create and well crafted story that can subvert ideas, tropes, and expectations in much more well crafted ways by actually story telling and not using shock factor that will guarantee a response.

main girl dies

, I wasn't enjoying that much since then then I think I'm going drop this one.

Bro... get help. As someone who has lived out NTR. It's not that fun or satisfying, it leaves you feeling empty and kinda bad.

(in my defense I had no idea two of the girls had boyfriends, two I was drunk for). Only had it happen to me once, and she had the integrity to break up with me right afterwards.

People who knowingly and repeatedly cheat on their partners need to be branded or tattooed so the rest of us know to avoid them.
