hey, honeypot is the one oldest trap you know. a good assassin will use anything at their disposal.i don't think she learning that alone,must be seduce someone to teach or get hold those things. you can use money to get those things, or you can get someone have those access give it to you. The information,. resources and land access can easily be traced unless some dirty money or method involved.
