Man I hate getting blueballed like this, are we caught up with the raws? Cuz I saw the gap from this to the previous chap was 7 months.

Nope. Raws are currently on Chapter 23 (you can see the current progress from the links on the manga page). However the official translation has caught up with the fan translation now. I can't speak for the fanTL group but they might have decided to just let the official release handle the rest from this point.

For reference, the official release is

• Vol 4: Sep 2
• Vol 5: Jan 27

Also looking through the manga again, it seems it doesn't actually reference the protagonist's gender at all. Even the profile in the official manga is vague.
