The ending is lacking and seems to be more of a novel bait, but that's fine. It's decent, the MC's earlier plotline of running away from his village is wrapped up, though it does lead to more stuff, which is fine as well.

Damn, an axe. This actually started out as pretty interesting and had some great character designs too.

So, what many said in the last chapter could have solved everything from the start: just say she can go with you. That’s it. The whole Giselle seizing the demon’s power was so unnecessary.
