I sometimes get Berserk vibes (in a good way!) from the art. Just the details and the designs of characters, locations, all of that. Despite there being huge diversity in characters and species, everyone looks, I don't know how else to put it, real. Like that's how they would exist in real life (more or less, obviously some characters are exaggerated).

Also props on simple but effective health/weight loss advice.

The key point of "no carb" isn't that you're literally getting 0 calories. Meats, fats, even vegetables have a little bit of carbohydrates in them. It just dramatically shifts the balance of nutrients to be weighted for more fiber and protein, along with the metabolism for fat burning instead of storage.

Also I feel like taking over the bed was a tad mean. Was she just trying to dodge patrols? She coulda been the one to sleep on the floor.

Ah the cycle of hate. They abused us, so now we abuse them. I hope the author keep that plot point, and the MC has to deal with demi humans going for revenge for the revenge Ideally with a eventual happy ending for both sides where they both recognize and leave behind their old hate.

Also Fia is super hot, both in looks and personality.

Thanks for the chapter!

Amami : Carbohydrate, protein, fat. The primary macronutrient.
Elder : Not nitrogen, phosphorus, and kalium?
Amami : ...

Also I feel like taking over the bed was a tad mean. Was she just trying to dodge patrols? She coulda been the one to sleep on the floor.
Isn’t she accepted as a guest? Even if they don’t completely trust her. So there’s no reason to hide in Amami’s room.

Damn she is more stacked than I thought. Honestly the lecture was a bit basic.
To be fair, you can't expect people with no background on formal education to grasp more advanced concepts. You need to at least establish a baseline that's easy to relate with common knowledge before your get into more complicated topics.
