the whole shrine got transported. there's a previous chapter with Amami japan friend that goes into the forest of the island where local point out where the shrine used to be, and the place has big gaping hole
It's explained in one of the first chapters, that the god of the world sometimes interveines. One time they gave medicine magic to humans, the other time they btought Amami, the shrine is probably another case of the god interveining. My guess is that they did it for the foreign fruits, but I'm not too sure about that
Can you imagine, being a god trying to save people by smuggling fruit from another world, and accidentally cursing them all because your knowledge of otherwordly fruit is iffy?
