One thing that gets me all the time is Iruma saying "They have such and such in the netherworld?" and no-one seems to pick up on this sort of tourist language.

to be fair, this example can be excused. The netherworld is vast and Iruma, being young and the grandson of one of the three greats, might be sheltered enough not to know all there is to know about the netherworld. It would be different though if the said "this world has it too?" or anything like that, which heavily implies the existence of another.
