Depends on the 'space' although i'm surprised they'd bother considering so many 'catch and release' strays after being spayed/neutered (like the cats wandering around with a 'chip'/chunk of their ear missing), i wouldnt be surprised if cats/dogs are considered more of a 'luxury' in JP esp for apartments and stuff (if not a narrative plot point to push MC into adopting it)

also, yeah, MD's future is bleak if not all but doomed (and we can say the site as it was up until now is basically dead and gone).
