id personally just like a tag similar to completed that i could click on and have my list sorted to only show DMCA content failing the a scrapper or something that could do the same job.

By default, manga are returned in order of latest chapter uploaded in descending order (meaning titles that recently had chapter(s) added show up first).
Alphabetical sorting is supported by the backend already, but the frontend doesn't make use of it...

The latter can only be declared by a judge. And I don't see pending court cases. So as long as MD removes the DMCA-ed content they could realistically argue to be a safe harbour protected content provider.
