Purge chapter submission from the queue?

I submitted a chapter to a manga (I'm not going to tell you which, but I will say I opened something telling me to). I did so under the name of a scanlation group I made up. But then I read that you can't do that and a scanlation group needs to have at least one chapter already uploaded before you can claim it. Not thinking, I uploaded the chapter again under no group. Now I'm worried that when the queue is worked through I'll spam any followers with a duplicate upload. How do I access my queued uploads and/or prevent this from happening another way?

You were fine here. The group didn't exist, you created the group for the upload. Once the chapter's been approved you are able to claim that group with that upload.

You don't have access to the queue. When one of the mods checks the queue they'll have the ability to decline the upload of the no group upload, ensuring the chapter only goes out once

Is there somebody I should contact to make sure this happens? An issue could lead to both chapters going out, such as two different mods seeing the submitted chapters.

Don't worry about that though, I've already taken a look for you. Both have been rejected by another mod.

Best guess I could give you is trolling. While it is allowed this one day a year, we will not accept new "troll" chapters in the queue because then anybody could release a chapter under the guise of "trolling" and that could cause a whole host of other problems down the line

Weird. Given that the comic already has chapters translated into Shakespeare and Mr. T, I thought my contribution was downright restrained.
