Way to Submit Title & Chapter Together for Review?

[Alfe5]

I found a Oneshot on Pixiv I thought deserved a proper translation into English. It’s my first time uploading, so I didn’t realize you needed to have the title in the database before submitting a chapter for review. I’m currently waiting on my title draft to be reviewed, but was there a way to submit the title draft alongside the chapter instead of having to wait for 2 separate approval processes?

No, they're two different classes of entries in the database, so they need to be handled as separate items.
