The witch is right, there is no point to killing the demon if everybody dies in the process.
Well, she is right for the wrong reasons. She just wants to make a profit from the many injured soldiers. A chance she would have to pass up if she participated in the battle instead. Also, due to crappy power scaling, we don't even know if she was even going to make a difference in the fight. Maybe she comes in and one shots the werewolf, maybe she comes in and just becomes another statistic at the end. Regardless of what ifs, she did what she did because she likes money.

That kid who chose to keep her arm cut off is dumb. A scar is a reminder, handicapping yourself for a life lesson is insane.
It doesn't matter. If she likes to keep the missing arm as a symbol, it's fine. We've seen the power scaling here, regular soldiers stand zero chance against stronger demon officials, whether or not they are missing an arm or a leg. She seems to be mostly a side character that specializes in support/comedic relief, so I doubt she will be in charge of taking care of anything too important. But yeah, realistically, there is absolutely no reason NOT to have your arm back. You only stand to lose. After all, the biggest sign of her brother's sacrifice is the fact he is gone and she is still here. Why make things harder.

Genuine possibility is that he is conceptual to fairy tales. The guy did a "The Three Little Pigs" reference and seems to be very toony, so... little red riding hood weakness or phobia?
In what universe is the Big Bad Wolf afraid of Little Red Riding Hood? In all the stories, he ends up eating her. It's the Huntsman that finishes him off, and it wasn't even a direct fight. He got cut open while he slept, and they filled his stomach with stones and they then sewed him back up. In any case, his weakness is probably a passive skill that doesn't need to be activated to weaken him, otherwise him running off in a hurry makes no sense, since he is so fast, he could just finish off pretty much anyone before they are able to cast whatever skill or magic they throw at him.

Well, her argument is "The only thing that you can't buy with money is a life" so i don't think that was her reason for doing it.

Charging people doesn't mean she doesn't want to save people.

Also she is charging them a pittance, 2 copper, wich im pretty sure it's not like... enough for dinner.

No, the little girl and the actual dog she had
That scene likely wasn't showing a literal girl and her pet dog, or at least that wasn't how I interpreted it. The wolf would absolutely characterize the girl and guard dog the way he did, and in that scene the wolf was the only one looking at the girl and the dog, so we would only see them from his perspective. The chapter then ends with the one-armed girl and dog bringing the witch's head to the Elf Nun. The way I interpreted it was him being very demeaning of humans/demi-humans and mocking 2 people running around in the middle of such a significant conflict, then realized "Oh shit, the witch isn't dead. If I don't take care of this, she'll tell the Demon Lord that I attempted to kill one of their direct subordinates."

Baby Ginko with katana in hand was quite amusing. A pity to see the elf leaving the party. The timeline in the last few chapters was quite confusing, but I guess that will go back to normal if the following chapters only focus on Ginko and Miko.

So if I understanding this right, chapter 33 (beside the flashback) takes take within page 35 and 36 of chapter 32. And the start of chapter 34 is the end of chapter 32 (wolf guy leaving angry after Ginko tells him not to ditch the fight)

if he really only left because ginko wasnt at 100% then i can respect him a bit more for that. he wants a good hunt, ginko wants to die in a glorious battle, there methods thoughts and personalities are very different but they're pretty similar in the regard of wanting to fight strong opponents.

its a bit concerning when CIRCE of all people is 'yikes'-ing at something you say xD.

i like miko's resolve though its obvious she's not just wanting to help her friend lol and ginko seems to know it. she's oblivious to a lot but her instincts are on point(mostly).

i was unsure of the money hungry fire mage grunica but she's grown on me even with the bit of appearances, she's money hungry but does seem to care even if she doesnt show it(and wants that money something fierce, i wonder why), plus she's quirky, well they all are but still haha. her comment to borus(i think his name was, spodey axe dwarf bro) made me smile. loves money but still prioritizes like because its the one thing money cant buy <3.

kogara's choice to keep the missing arm while i understand i cant condone, give yourself a scar or something to remember it by or use it to protect people, like i get the sentiment but other than punishing herself it feels like a net loss to me personally.

dont mind my longer comment with only so much left i was probably overthinking to procrastinate a lil 😅
