I wouldn’t wanna be someone who obsessively keeps track but within reason it’d probably be something to try to notice if ur actively trying to lose weight or balance, I’m sure there’s other factors too like, “500 calories worth of pizza /ice cream” wouldn’t be as healthy for you as “500 cals of steamed veggies” even if ppl say to just keep it under a certain amount each day it’s best good to avoid anything oily/artery clogging etcI can't imagine ever counting calories for high calorie foods I eat. If I ever do I would protesting against the British colonial rule

I keep a decently good track of what I eat mon-fri. Try to balance my breakfast and lunch to be light so my dinner can be heavy so I'd sleep better, and generally saves more money too. I do often have a horrible habit of having snacks as a meal like a bag of chips for lunch.
