I love how ride or die Kiss is already. Miguel really needs (and deserves) to have someone in her corner for once.
That said, I don't think their investigation is gonna turn anything important up. From an in-universe Rio has had plenty of time to get rid of the evidence, so unless he's done something monumentally stupid, they're likely SoL. I guess maybe they could find security footage but A: that's hard to get without being an official investigator and B: if the company didn't find anything then it would seem a bit odd for it to be that easy. At most they might find something showing that it's Rio to develop the rivalry, but not something that can truly prove it to G.O.D's management.
Additionally, from a narrative purpose, Miguel rejoining G.O.D and returning to the status quo seems unlikely to happen any time soon, if at all. It seems much more likely, especially considering it is ultimately a gaming manhua, that Rio's comeuppance will come in the form of getting his ass handed to him by Miguel on her new team, whether that's a new team she makes with Kiss or Polaris.
Lastly, mostly a sidenote, but fuck you Rio. What a nothing sob story. "Oh boo hoo I got so jealous of my friend I had to frame her and ruin her entire career, poor me" go eat some worms. I can't wait for Miguel to trash your dreams yet again.
