The thing is that its perfectly fine not not like this type of content, its not for everyone but its for someone, if you dont like it then just dont read it and I know in a anthology this can be a problem since I read one about monster girls (I think it was even the one with Peter Grill) that had a very dark story that was very out of tone with the rest, it kinda comes with the territory of having a bunch of oneshoots collected in a book.

Also you kinda acting like the Twitteractivits and the M'lady Fedora ... we can tell by her reaction she had no problem with that, after all she laughed because she slipped and fallen ... it follows the kind "manga logic" that really doesnt exist, we know that.
