After calculating if x > y we got the size of MC is 18cm and the size of the husband is 13cm.
After calculating if y > x we got the size of MC as -2cm and the size of the husband as 3cm.
Hence the size of MC cannot be negative, so the actual size of MC is 18cm and the size of the husband is 13cm.

The chapters possibly being out of chronological order is certainly possible, I didn't bring it up because I couldn't see something specifically hinting at that.
The thing about her not seeing Boku member but having sex have weak legs, let's say they did make it with the lights out, if the difference between him and her husband is so big to cause that reaction she should have felt it.

more likely difference wasn't that big the first time , chapter 4 says 'haven't spoken to him in a while' so if last time was a year ago or more, MC probably hasn't grown as much, so would probably have been a few cm shorter. (I didn't realize this earlier, but after thinking about it, this explanation makes the most sense so it's my head-canon now)

She wasn't drunk on their date, nowif you think she did do it with him in a unpublished chapter is another thing, but without seeing or she confirming it we should take it as the event not having happened, yet.

Yeah, there isn't enough to say if anything happened or didn't happen.
I think the chapters could be out of chonological order, or the stuff could have happened in fanbox releases.
This chapter could be chronologically before the chapter where MC and MILF do it for all we know.
I checked the raw link on mangadex, it brings us to the gallery on the author twitter account, the most recent picture is MC returning from playing with friends all happy, then a image on the girls interested in him and him drained of everything, clearl hinting at them assaulting him at the door, and MILF is one of the 4.
