All right. Now that they release their "reasons" why they want the MC gone. Let's look at each one and see whether those restrictions are restrictive. Shall we...
As your occupation suggest, those restrictions are necessary. It's not just the weight gained. But also, the excessive fat will make you look ugly and it will be difficult for clothing designers to have to redesign those clothes for you. Nobody likes fat women, unless if you're one of those chubby chasers.
Once again, this restriction is necessary based on the occupation. VA work can be restraining work for your vocal cords. I heard of VAs and singers that have to undergo surgery because their vocal cords become strained due to excessive use. So, spicy food are spicy and cause inflammation on your throat, which can damage your vocal cords, if not permanently change the tone of your voice.
Idols are highly regarded. They must be pure or whatever those parasocial freaks said about their oshis. Suffice to say, image is important. Not just IRL, but also online image. Especially, if you're an idol working for an idol company. Anything you post on the internet can be seen by everybody including your fans and haters. Fans would probably be disappointed and stop supporting you. Haters would probably use that to fuel their hatred, at best they would send death threats, at worst outright criminal behaviour like stalking. So, you should either behave yourself or prepare for the worst.
Judging by your big honkers and skimpy clothing, I can understand why he put restrictions on you. Just like what I said previously, image is important. Unless that "multi-talented" occupation includes becoming a content creator on OnlyFans, then sure. Go ahead.
I don't know who this famous director is. But there is probably a reason why he does so. Have you ever ask him why he does that? Also the acting world can be very challenging and horrible. It's not sunshine and rainbows in Hollywood ma'am. There are lots of inspiring actresses going there and come back being broken mentally. Or they never come back at all. There are lots of horror stories that came from there and it's not the ghostly-type ones.
Umm... I don't know what to say about this. Other than this "Five-san" is probably going to be an important character later on. So, stay tuned, I guess.
Vague reason. Have you tried telling him what your issues were? I bet her hidden reason will probably be an important thing that will occur on later chapters. So, stay tuned.
So, there's that. I will look at the mother's responsibility as CEO at a different post because this post is already too long.
3rd daughter, Mika (Model): For me, the most annoying thing was the "dietary restrictions".

4th daughter, Shiki (VA): For me, it was the "spicy food ban".

5th daughter, Mutsuki (Idol): In my case, the worst was the "selfie posting restrictions".

2nd daughter, Futaba (Multi-talented): For me, I wasn't even allowed to use social media.

1st daughter, Io (Actress): In my case, I had "restrictions on which roles I could take". I once saw him turn down an offer from a famous director on the spot...

6th daughter, Nana (Singer): I don't care, Five-san is my only true supporter.

7th daughter, Yachiru (Youtuber): Yachiru never wants him to come back.
