Mira is like the Vtuber waifu Sinder: cute and sexy, allegedly edgy, and still seems to believe she's scary/intimidating, while being an unintentional comedian. LOL

This is the kinda cliche shit I'm into. Followed.

I'm not sure I really want to see this turn into a romance between her and the hero after seeing that page.

In all fairness:
1) She wasn't ever killed.
2) That seems to be the worst condition she had ever been in.
3) It's implied she was literally endangering civilians to get the hero's attention (the hero didn't bother even fighting when she lost her combat power, and then saved her when she was about to get killed).
4) She seemed to get more dangerous after every fight, and people who are pushed to their limits are more likely to do harm. (Ex. Weak police officers are way more likely to use their guns than strong and highly trained officers because they feel like they're in danger far more often.) So it's possible she had just been that much of a threat that time.

You don't have to agree with me, but based on what I've seen in this first chapter, I don't think the hero likes beating her up, even in monster form.

Reminds me of that manga where the other Ultraman monsters are turned into cute girls. It's also nice, but not romcom in the least. Just wholesome fluff and comedy.

This is just a cartoon, and I mean the old kind where it actually has a plot, there's reason for certain decisions (we'll ignore the sanity of some of them like using cuteness as a weapon), there's motives behind what's happening and it's slapstick, it's great.
