Bro's ear on page 2 is... something, alright.
The cycle of this manga:
WTF with the ears?! -> don´t even know what this thing is about, I only see the ears -> forgets about the manga -> Oh?, new chapter for this manga -> WTF with the ears?!
Don´t even remember the story of Earsekai... like the mangaka does not have an editor?, or is this an artistic decision?, like, does this managaka thinks "just like the One Piece style or the Dragonball style, in the future they will do the Earsekai style"
