TLDR: Everything bad that happens to the MC, is because the people around him are morons, and have bizarre info-blindness regarding who and what the MC is, and the MC's actions encourages them to treat him like a dirt stain. I.E: none of it is believable, everything is asspulled. Author wanted the MC to "feelbad 👉👈", and somehow got greenlitt to get a manga. I feel sorry for everyone involved.

• The one and only SSS rank in the country, yet somehow completely unknown. He should be a celebrity

• The girl who supported him from the time he slayed his first monster has no idea what rank he is, doesn't know his income, doesn't know he invested in ways that paid off hella. THEY'VE BEEN DATING THIS WHOLE TIME!

• The girl citing him being cheap in a setting where he reserved a top-class restaurant in the city

• Company that allows the termination of the one and only SSS rank adventurer anonymously and with no way to recover the information. Why in the hell is the one and only SSS rank not answering almost directly to the Chairman/CEO?

• The clerk for some reason hating him and blacklisting him despite being a WORKER and having access to all his information. She should know he's a SSS rank

I know that these karma porn betrayed MC stories have a level of contrivence to it, but this is just absolutely unbelievable. There is a reason why most of these stories have the MC discover his power/usefulness later, or let the party realize their mistake later, or relocate to be away from where they were betrayed. Or maybe get abused so he doesn't know his own worth. As it stands, this dude should be able to walk into the guild building the next morning and IMMEDIATELY get an emergency level meeting with the chairman, explain the situation, get the staff guy and clerk both fired on the spot, and his status reinstated, all before lunch.

I feel like mangas/novels like these exist only so people like me can feel less bad about being bad writters, like I swear to god, if I had a penny for every manga with a setting that could be ruined with simple common sense, I'd be a millionaire and fire these guys.

Allow me to elaborate, there are mangas, a million out there where the MC gets kicked out of his party "for his sake" then, when they banish him, they are so unncesarily rude to him that when he awakens some doodoo power, he starts hating them for the events, you know, that'd be solved by just... explaining to the guy whats going on.

My point is, there's a lot of issues in manga that could be solved by a normal heart to heart, but I can't expect that from a mangaka that doesn't know human interaction.

Now, if the characters have a hate-boner for the MC? Now that's a way to make the situation a bit less moronic, but... here? Here our guy is supposed to be what Messi is for Soccer or what John Cena is for WWE, but not only does he keep finding people who don't know him, he doesn't get paid well? And why is he so passive abount the insults? He was cucked and he hit us with the "Oh it's for her happiness", dude?
