I feel like it would be too easy for it to be Noa.

For the "mysterious" titled character having Noa's wish be the first granted, and basically without any effort or setup, would feel kind of off imo. The mystery would be over before it even began.

Easier for it to be someone else, and have their personal storyline just be about being honest about it at some point, while Noa's is something left as some bigger mystery.

(Noa is seemingly happy or at least interested about the excitement of whats going on but that doesnt have to be the deeper wish)
