Isekai means different world, not necessarely a fantasy world. Though nowadays they use isekai as a synonym of non-sensical. According to the tags of the raw, it's neither Time Travel, Fantasy, Magical, Slice of Life or Historical, but some people add tags on MangaDex for weird reasons.

Bear in mind, though, that Japanese writers of popular fiction are about as ignorant of Western history as Western writers are ignorant of Japanese history.

Since, now-a-days, Westerners are also ignorant of Western history, it's good to point-out the nonsense. But heart-ache will come from hoping for authenticity.

I dunno, this feels a bit like a joke since they just threw a handful of settings and ideas at the wall and tried to make it work somehow.
Although I think the bigger problem is that this is meant to be chapter 1, when it's feels like it's missing the rest of the chapter.
It hasn't even introduced the rest of the actual topic of the manga yet - the JK which is assumedly getting sent back in time.
