I actually wanted to ask you if in the following chapters they add up, not that you personally added them out of a whim. I've simply come across many times with series which had tags, either taken acritically from tracking pages or added because considered "it looked alike", that were added by a third person alien to the series. But if you did, then I won't worry about it (it's still a fact that they're not in the linked page).
The raws are up to chapter 7 right now, so I added the tags that apply to events in future chapters. If a tag is not appropriate, I will remove it, but right now I believe the ones that are added reflect the content of the series.

We'll update that manga as soon as there are more chapters out. There are no chapters available beyond what we've already translated.
Oh, I just remember looking at one of the information sites for the manga and it said like 40 chapters or more
