she's 16 and isn't over some breakup trauma, I've seen real life humans do dumber stuff than that at that age
not gonna say it's the most obvious way for her character to act, but it's within reason. sometimes people just don't act in a way that's satisfying and that'd go for fictional characters too.

Jealousy is a crazy thing. Shes trying to pass off her vile actions by saying shes "protecting" her, no bih ur just a sore loser who wants to drag everyone else down with her.
