"We're like matchmakers, but for people and companies."
So basically, a job agency. I wonder, was there really no job agency for magical girls there before?

The series is good, with excellent world-building and a satisfying ending. It was a blast to read. I hope I can find another series about magical jobs like this one.

I feel like this chapter was already something of an epilogue with the final "where are they now" part. They all even got short haircuts as a sign of their life change.

In the context of Japanese work ethic, this looks like a social revolution.

Lovely words to end the series on, labor ought to be fulfilling and offer a good wage

Aaaah !
Finally a good series' ending that doesn't seem or feel like an axe.
This was a good run.
Yeah. It seems a bit shorter than I'd like, but at least you got the basics questions answered and have no reason to complain about anything being ass pulling.

satisfying ending overall. author just often rely "show don't tell" that make lot of moment unsatisfying. also the pacing can get pretty tedious. but overall, pretty well thought story. 7/10

Good end for the characters knowing they're doing great but the end itself detached from the story is extremely formulaic, I don't want to say which ones to avoid spoilers but I remember at least 2 other recent shonen manga that ended with a new character feeling lost and being shown the way by the time skipped protagonist, funny enough those two are from the same magazine
