It's quite interesting to read the laudatory comments and speculations about Hinata now. I haven't read the next chapters of the SFW manga yet, but the very first chapters of the school arc from the NSFW version lead to a completely different psychological portrait of Hinata as a character. She doesn't seem to show any sexual desires simply because... she's completely despaired of the possibility of any kind of relationship?
This could be said about most women in a world where even meeting a guy is a rare event, let alone getting along, but for Hinata these already meager chances are cut off by another level of impossible conditions - to be accepted with her need, completely contrary to the morality of this world (of course, in the hentai version Sou easily satisfied her request).
Honestly, I don't even know what's more interesting: what already exists, or the theories of the commentators. With creative development of the idea, it can turn out to be very entertaining.
