I'm reaching the point where I'm no longer feeling sorry for Nanase, yeah. I applaud her wanting to try and make it work with Yuni--I would have drawn the line at the repeated cheating, personally, and focused on the clearly-more-important-than-my-secret-girlfriend volleyball career. But if she's going to continue like this?"Let me introduce you to my family."
Good start
"As a friend!"
...fumbled
I somehow still respect Yuni more than Kazuya.Ah shit, here we go again...
Rent A Girlfriend is back in town boys!!!
Nanase is still very much chained up by her projection of homophobia. She's afraid of everyone around her being homophobic and afraid of reliving her previous experience of unrequited love and risk of social outcast. The only reason she still tries to be with Yuni is because she's a "safe choice" in that Yuni has already revealed herself to be a real lesbian, so there's no longer the struggle of going through the song and dance of "straight or gay?" that she would have to do with a new girl. This probably also applies to Fuuko; she sees Yuni as low hanging fruit since she knows all the weaknesses of Yuni's relationship with Nanase and can promise a stronger relationship.Ah yes.
"Introducing as a dear friend!"
Honestly that makes me wonder if Nanase has some familial-learned internalized homophobia or something. I know Japan is still somewhat broadly conservative on that matter, but the degree to which she's hiding her relationship from nearly everyone feels like a fear/aversion response, at this point.
Mainly because I choose to believe that she's not ashamed of Yuni, because otherwise I'd expect her to have dumped Yuni the moment the cheating was revealed.
I guess an electric fire is better than a widlfire 🦅I somehow still respect Yuni more than Kazuya.
yesIs it a monthly manga or something
Idk man if I was Nanase I too wouldn't advertise to people that Yuni is my GF especially since she cheated and keeps on cheating, infact I hope Nanase does a revenge move to dunk on those cheaters but the reality is that I agree with you and I imagine Nanase is going to cheat on Yuni with that other girl which would be hilarious, everyone cheating on everyoneAh yes.

Fuuko being dragged back(?) under by Glasses is another wrinkle, but not enough info to say anything substantive yet.
Also Yuni is absolutely going back to Fuuko, not even kidding myself, because that opens the door for Nanase to cheat with her best friend, because why the hell else is she there being "all concerned and protective and understanding".
What a trashfire haha. Fantastic toxic yuri.
well - I'm coming at it from the start, when Nanase wanted to keep their entire relationship under wraps from everyone, and just treated Yuni like a friend while at school and rebuffed all her attempts at affection/togetherness out of fear of being seen by someone else.Idk man if I was Nanase I too wouldn't advertise to people that Yuni is my GF especially since she cheated and keeps on cheating, infact I hope Nanase does a revenge move to dunk on those cheaters but the reality is that I agree with you and I imagine Nanase is going to cheat on Yuni with that other girl which would be hilarious, everyone cheating on everyone
I wonder if your girl cheats on you but your still with your girl, if you hook up with someone else...is it still considered cheating![]()
