It's not that simple, the issue with MTLs (and bad translations in general) is that if other groups end up looking for something to do and notice someone worked on it, even if it's of poor quality, they will most likely go for something else instead, leaving only the mediocre effort available.

And "just don't read lol" is such a ridiculously dismissive thing to say. Maybe people want to read, and maybe people want to read something translated correctly too.

Since the TL note at the end mentioned that the PT-BR uploads have the uncensored version of Ch.13, I looked out of curiosity.

There's literally nothing to see. The artist drew the outline of a toddler with vertical hatching for shading. The black rectangles aren't censoring a naked child, they're censoring the idea of a naked child.

No shade on the uploader for using the censored version or anything. I'm just a little surprised at the prudishness of the original publisher.
