Yeah, still don't get the reason why he needs to get involved with such a bitch. Like, what has he even done to you, you stupid cunt? Also, grow a spine, MC.
Just out of curiosity, are you talking from personal experience or?You know, it's impressive how everyone in this comment section thinking with their lower half not realizing this girl is setting him up and the MOMENT he jumps the shark, his life is DONE. Life isn't a 6 number code to a world of free sex.
Please, if you ever find yourself an obvious trap like this, DON'T DO IT unless you want to get into a long, costly and useless legal battle (if you ever manage to get there). Cause 10 minutes of pleasure won't equal to 30 years of social life destruction in and out of jail btw.
And she's obviously toying with him right now, so what you should do is record everything whenever she gets close/when you're isolated. She's not gonna spread it, she just wants the looming threat over his head so she has him in the palm of her hand.
Am I taking it too seriously? Yes, because that is NOT a fun situation, that could ruin a life in many ways.
No personal experience. Just some shallow knowledge I've gain from people around me and the internet.Just out of curiosity, are you talking from personal experience or?
You know I'm not going to lie the deeper I got into this manga the more I came to dislike it, just for probably a different reason from you; well actually it probably relates. The whole point of this manga is that the female lead, the "seductress" character, reveals to the mc secrets about himself he didn't realize. But...how does she even know? All I see is just stereotypes about masculinity and the story being like "oh he got a boner from being next to her that means he likes it" and then the mc is like "oh yeah, I guess I'm a horny degen then". And you know, this is kind of why people are afraid of stuff like that in the first place. Men and getting set up or accused. I'm sure it happens, but in my lifetime the only time I have ever heard of it happening has been on the internet. Influencers have probably shaped the discourse because a lot of the content creator space is crazy as fuck but trust me, I have seen some things firsthand and unless someone has fucked up on a catastrophic level, "let's blackmail this person by recording them in a compromising situation with me" is virtually never the first thing on people's minds. Why? 1. Because you have to be a special kind of malicious to do that 2. Because most people do not have the wealth or power that would make it worth it 3. As proven by yourself, a lot of people are skeptical of women's claims in the first place, to this day. Even in those influencer cases, you might notice that they tend to involve a ton of reciepts and usually if there is a person actively out to ruin someone's life as opposed to get someone to take accountability, it's someone on the outside like a drama youtuber or something. No personal experience. Just some shallow knowledge I've gain from people around me and the internet.
I've been looking up false (and real) accusations and their consequences on an individual. Both justice, mental and social environment. So that's a compounding of it all.
Hoping some of it can help someone or push to research it deeper.
I assume that becoming paranoid to such a degree would need an IRL trauma of sorts, I heavily doubt that this would be enough to trigger such an intense reaction. This isn't a full on hentai so mcs like these rarely grow a spine.
I wonder if younger ppl reading stuff like this would grow to be slightly paranoid and always have some kinda recording device on them to prove their innocence/planting cameras in their room, doesn't seem worth it to where you'd simply just quit the club if not transfer colleges, tho idk how 'easy' it is to do the latter
